REFUND POLICY
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective upon arrival. All sales of our OU branded silicone molds are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than functionality issues.
Defective Products:
If your OU branded silicone mold is not functional or is defective upon arrival, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate the process, please contact our customer support team at mailto:Crimson.cubes1@gmail.com with your first & last name, email, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos. Once we verify the defect, we will email and provide instructions for returning the defective product, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
